Install

  1. Download and unzip.
  2. Copy the marketing-team folder into ~/.claude/skills/.
  3. Restart Claude Code.

One install gives your business a manager, a content writer, an SEO blog writer, an outreach lead and a weekly analytics review. They all share one Brain, so a correction today changes what happens next week instead of being forgotten.

What you get

The Manager runs your daily brief and the standup, keeps you on your one focus, and never invents a result. The Content writer turns one idea into a week of posts, reels and long-form scripts in your own voice. The SEO writer researches a keyword and drafts a full blog post, ready to publish or paste in yourself. Outreach finds real prospects, researches them and drafts cold openers. Draft only. It never sends. The weekly review tells you what is working and what to change, one lesson at a time. The Brain is the shared memory every part of the team reads and writes. Local files by default, or your own Airtable base if you would rather.

The rules it works under

Nothing posts or sends without your yes. It never invents a customer, a result or a number, and where it has no source it says so rather than guessing. Those constraints are the reason the output is usable rather than something you have to check line by line.

What it needs

Claude Code. Start with /marketing-team:setup, which interviews you about your business and calibrates the writing voice before anything else runs.

Honest note

This is early. It has been built, verified and installed, but by very few people. If you are trying it, the most useful thing you can tell me is where you got stuck, not whether you liked it.
