Where it stands
8 agents working from one rulebook since 31 Oct

For coaches and small business owners who film, edit, write, design and answer emails, all on their own.

The problem

You're the one who films. You edit. You write the captions, make the posts, look after the website and send the emails.

It all piles up in one place. Things get forgotten. Jobs get done a different way each time, because there's nothing keeping them the same.

The trap is the tool trap: one more app won't fix it. What's missing is a way of working.

The guide

I've been building marketing systems for over 3 years. When my one long chat with Claude got too full, I split the work into a team.

What was built

A team of AI agents, each with one job and a job title. I'm the CEO.

  • Chief of Staff: plans the work, hands it out, and does the final check
  • Video Editor
  • Copywriter
  • Carousel Designer
  • Campaign Manager
  • Email Marketing Manager
  • Web Developer
  • Research Analyst

Each agent is its own Claude chat with one job, so it stays focused.

They all work from one rulebook. Every agent reads the same files before it makes anything: the voice rules, the brand look, the true stories, the campaign plan. Every correction goes into the rulebook the same day. Why it matters: "because if one deviates from what we already have, then it's going to be obvious."

How a job moves through the team:

  1. I film something or ask for something, from my phone if I want.
  2. The Chief of Staff plans it and hands it to the right agent.
  3. The agent does the job, checks its own work, and sends it back.
  4. The Chief of Staff does the final check: the first line, true facts only, plain words, the brand look, the right folder.
  5. Only then do I see it as finished. I post it myself.

Started on 31 Oct 2026. The team was set up by talking to Claude, and no code was needed.

One rulebook: each set of rules has one owner.
One rulebook: each set of rules has one owner.
Three of the end cards, one for each video.
The 10 pictures on the TikTok Business Page, one for each real system.

The result

What the team has made, checked on 3 Nov:

  • 33 end cards, one for every November video, made after the rule came in on 2 Nov.
  • The TikTok Business Page: 10 pictures, one for each real system, plus the cover, for about $2.04 in total. Then a step-by-step guide to setting it up, with screenshots.
  • Filmed one evening, finished by breakfast. The talking heads landed in Drive between 07:21 and 07:32. By 08:28 the finished video was filed for TikTok and Instagram, with its cover and end card.

How long these jobs took by hand (Oloye's estimate of the time by hand):

Job By hand
Editing a video 60 minutes
A carousel 90 minutes
A caption or script 30 minutes
Research 45 minutes
A step-by-step guide 1 to 2 hours

Time with the team: being measured.

"It's saving me a lot of time."
